Not quite what you were looking for? You have a 14-day cooling-off period.
Withdraw within 14 days
You can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
Let us know within that period by email at luc@puissance.com, quoting your order number. Then send or bring the products back within 14 days.
Conditions
Products must come back unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. If their value is reduced by handling beyond what is needed to assess them, we may charge for that.
Return shipping costs are yours unless agreed otherwise — within the Benelux we are happy to find a solution together.
Made-to-measure or personalised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Refund
We refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the products back.
Defective or wrong item?
Contact us at luc@puissance.com. Defects are covered by the two-year legal guarantee, and the costs are of course ours.
